Are CEMOTO electric dirt bikes street legal, and where can I ride them?
No. CEMOTO electric dirt bikes are off-road vehicles and are not street legal. Ride them on private land with the owner's permission, or on tracks and trails where electric dirt bikes are allowed. Rules vary by state and venue, so check local regulations before riding, and always wear a helmet and protective gear.
What age and rider size are CEMOTO electric dirt bikes suitable for?
Choose by rider height and experience rather than age alone. The D02 Classic and D03 Pro fit riders about 4'11"–5'10" (150–178 cm), with a seat height of about 28–29 in. The D02 Track and D03 Beast fit riders about 5'9"–6'5" (175–195 cm) and are meant for experienced teens and adults. New riders should start in the lowest speed mode with a P08 speed limit set. If you're unsure, email support@cemotoride.com with the rider's height and experience.
How fast do CEMOTO electric dirt bikes go?
The 48V D02 Classic and D03 Pro reach up to 40 mph, and the 72V D02 Track and D03 Beast reach up to 53 mph. The D03 Pro has three speed modes of about 12, 25 and 40 mph, and every D-series bike lets you cap top speed with the display's P08 setting, which is useful for new or younger riders. These are manufacturer-stated maximums; rider weight, terrain and battery level affect real speed.
How far can a CEMOTO electric dirt bike travel on one charge?
Manufacturer maximums are up to 30 mi for the D02 Classic, up to 34 mi for the D03 Pro, and up to 50 mi for the D02 Track and D03 Beast. They are measured under controlled test conditions (typically a 70 kg rider, 25 °C and a steady 20 km/h). High speed, hills, heavier riders, cold weather and low tire pressure all reduce real-world range.
How do I choose between D02 Classic, D02 Track, D03 Pro and D03 Beast?
Start with rider height. For riders about 4'11"–5'10", the D02 Classic (48V 21Ah, up to 40 mph, up to 30 mi) is the entry model, and the D03 Pro (48V 23.4Ah, up to 40 mph, up to 34 mi, three speed modes) adds a larger battery. For experienced riders about 5'9"–6'5", the D02 Track (72V 25Ah removable battery, up to 53 mph, up to 50 mi, reverse gear) and the D03 Beast (72V 25Ah, 6000W peak, up to 53 mph, up to 50 mi) offer more power. See each product page for current prices.
How long does charging take, and which charger should I use?
Charging time depends on the battery, charger and starting charge level. The U.S. D02 Classic product page lists approximately 6 hours. Follow your specific model manual and use the supplied compatible charger or a replacement approved for that model. Do not use a charger simply because its connector fits. Stop charging if the battery or charger is damaged or behaves abnormally, and contact support.
What should I check before an off-road ride?
Wear a properly fitted helmet and suitable eye protection, gloves, boots and protective clothing. Follow the model manual for assembly and pre-ride checks, including brakes, tires, steering, fasteners and battery security. Confirm permission to use the private land or track and follow its rules. Do not ride if the bike has an unresolved fault.

Can I view a bike or arrange local pickup?
CEMOTORIDE is our online store for CEMOTO bikes. Contact our support team before visiting or planning a pickup so we can confirm current availability, location and arrangements for your order.
What should I consider before ordering a bike?
Choose the correct product category, model and configuration for your riding location and experience. Check seat height, rider fit, maximum load, battery, assembly requirements and the current shipping estimate. Electric dirt bikes are for permitted off-road use; they should not be selected as ordinary commuter bicycles. Contact support if you need help before placing an order.
I’m not home during the day. Can I have my order sent to another address?
Yes, you may enter an alternative delivery address (e.g., your workplace or a family member’s address) during checkout.
⚠ Please note: Due to shipping regulations, e-bike batteries are classified as “dangerous goods” and cannot be shipped to parcel stores or lockers. They must be delivered to a physical address where someone is available to receive the package.
Can I track my shipment? Where is my package?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
In some cases, yes. If your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, you may request a change. Please contact us immediately through our contact form.
How long will delivery take?
Check the current delivery estimate on the exact product page and at checkout. Pre-order dispatch dates are listed separately from transit estimates. Delivery times depend on stock, destination and carrier conditions and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What warranty is included?
Every CEMOTO bike includes a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the delivery date. It covers eligible frame, battery, electrical and mechanical defects; normal wear, misuse, crashes and unauthorized modifications are not covered. To make a claim, email support@cemotoride.com with your order number and photos or video of the issue. See our Warranty Policy for full terms.
Does my bike arrive fully assembled?
Assembly requirements depend on the model. Follow the manual and assembly guide supplied for your exact bike, then complete all required safety checks before riding. Do not use generic pedal-bike instructions for an electric dirt bike. If you are unsure about assembly or adjustment, use a qualified technician. See our User Manuals and Technical Guides.
Which riding conditions is each type of bike designed for?
CEMOTO electric dirt bikes are designed for suitable off-road terrain on permitted private land and tracks. Our pedal-assist e-bikes have model-specific uses and specifications. Choose using the exact product page and manual, and check access rules for your riding location. Do not assume that an electric dirt bike has the same road or bike-path access as a pedal-assist e-bike.
How do I choose the right bike size?
Compare the exact model's seat height, listed rider-height range, maximum load and bike weight with the rider's height, inseam, strength and experience. A height range is a starting point, not a guarantee of fit or suitability. Contact CEMOTO support before ordering if you need help choosing.
Which payment methods and installment options are available?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout and may vary by location and eligibility. If an installment option is displayed, review the provider's terms and approval requirements before choosing it. See our Payment Policy for further information.
Are your bikes UL-certified? What about battery safety?
Safety and certification details vary by model and market. Check the specific product page or contact CEMOTO support for available documentation before purchase. Do not assume that one certification applies to every CEMOTO model.
How do I request a return?
Review the Refund Policy for the applicable return window, item condition, packaging, fees and exclusions. Contact support before sending an item back to obtain the required instructions. Eligibility and return-shipping responsibility depend on the reason for the return and the policy terms.
How can I get technical support or arrange a repair?
Start with the CEMOTO Help Center at help.cemotoride.com. It has model manuals, specifications, setup and troubleshooting guides, and parts information for every CEMOTO bike. If you still need help, email support@cemotoride.com with your order number, model, a description of the issue and clear photos or video, and our team will troubleshoot with you and arrange parts or repair if needed. Please contact support before arranging any repair, because third-party labor and diagnostic fees are not covered under warranty.
Can I fit racks, fenders or other accessories?
Compatibility depends on the exact model and accessory. Check the product specifications and mounting requirements, and confirm compatibility with support before buying. Do not assume an electric dirt bike supports bicycle racks, child seats or passengers, and do not make unapproved modifications.
Do you ship to Canada or outside the U.S.?
Not at the moment. Our U.S. store ships to the lower 48 states only, not to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Customers in the UK and EU can order from our UK store (uk.cemotoride.com) and EU store (eu.cemotoride.com); check each store for the models available in your market.
What can I do if something goes wrong with my e-bike during the warranty?
We believe that communication is the best way to solve the problem. Please contact us in time. To help you solve the problem as quickly as possible, please describe the problem in detail and provide photos and videos so that we can find the problem.
