Orders ship from our USA warehouse and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

3. Can I return the bike?
Yes. Returns are accepted if the bike is unused, under 10 miles, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories.

The 48V 23Ah battery delivers up to 75 km depending on rider weight, terrain, throttle use and temperature.
