Orders ship from our USA warehouse and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

3. Can I return the bike?
Yes. Returns are accepted if the bike is unused, under 10 miles, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories.

The 72V 25Ah battery delivers up to 97 km depending on rider weight, terrain, throttle use and temperature.
Most full charges take around 7–8 hours using the included charger.
The D03 Beast arrives 90% pre-assembled and includes setup guidance for a faster first ride.
Always wear an approved helmet, gloves, long pants and closed-toe shoes. We strongly recommend adding goggles, elbow pads and knee pads for off-road riding.
